This section includes inspection of all electrical panels and general condition or the electrical system in the home.

Plumbing

The inspector will examine the general working condition of the plumbing system and inspect for leaks.

HVAC

This section includes an inspection of the air conditioning and heating components of the home.

A four point inspection is required by Florida insurance companies typically when a home reaches 25 years of age.

Some insurance companies require the 4 point report as soon as ten years after the home is built. When purchasing a home or shopping for insurance this inspection will be required.
